Delivery

If you bought a board game in our store, you can get it in two ways:

1. Courier service “Nova Poshta”
2. Pickup

We admit that we can send the goods in other ways, but we do not promise in advance, so we ask you to clarify your desired delivery method in advance and by phone.

Method 1. Nova Poshta

It is very easy to receive goods via Nova Poshta.

• If you order a product by placing an order through the website, you will be asked for the recipient’s details for delivery of the product by Nova Poshta.
• If you are unable to order a product through the website and you order the product by phone, for example, then the recipient’s details will need to be indicated to the employee of our store who will accept your order.

To send by Nova Poshta you must provide the following details:

1. Last name, first name and patronymic of the recipient.
2. Recipient’s mobile phone.
3. Population point
4. Nova Poshta branch number
5. Payment method

If you want to order goods with delivery to your door, you will need to clearly indicate that you want to make targeted delivery and, accordingly, indicate the delivery address. We assume that this will be your home address or your place of work. The courier will call you in advance, arrange a meeting time, come and deliver the goods directly into your hands.

Method 2. Pickup

If it is more convenient and cheaper for you to pick up the goods yourself and self-pickup, then you will need to do the following:

1. Call.
2. Name the product you want to buy.
3. Make sure that the product is in stock in the required quantity.
4. Check the cost of the product.
5. Agree on a meeting place.
6. Agree on a meeting time.
7. Arrive at the appointed time at the specified address.
8. Pick up the goods.

We kindly ask you to make an appointment to pick up the goods in advance and at least an hour before the time of the expected meeting. This must be done, because the representative of our store who will serve you will not always have the opportunity to meet you and satisfy your demand. Hope for understanding.

Address

We do not deliver in Kyiv, so our courier will not deliver the goods to your home or work address. If you do not want to receive your order via the Nova Poshta courier service, then come to us.
