What condition are the games you sell in?
When purchasing board games in our store, you buy games with the images they had at the time of their release. Moreover, all materials used for the production and printing of games are of modern origin. All games we sell go through a process of scanning, retouching and color correction to ensure high quality images.
What materials are used to produce gaming components?
Playing fields are printed on polymer fabric (banner). Game rules and comics are usually printed on plain or colored office paper. If the game kit includes cards, they are printed on thick cardboard.
What are the advantages of printing on polymer fabric compared to other materials?
Printing on polymer fabric provides bright and rich colors, durability and moisture resistance. This makes our playing fields ideal for long-term use.
How can I be sure that the game matches the images on the site?
We strive to provide the most accurate images of each game on our site. However, slight differences may be caused by your monitor or lighting settings.
What are the sizes of the playing fields you offer?
The size of the playing fields varies depending on the specific game. But speaking of sizes, two options should be distinguished. It is assumed that the games will be stored in a tube. We sell tubes in lengths of 45 and 65 cm. When we print games, we assume that the game should fit into the tube when rolled up. Accordingly, for a tube with a length of 45 cm, the game is printed with a height of 42 cm, and for a tube with a length of 65 cm, the game is printed with a height of 60 cm. Its dimensions are indicated on the page of each board game. If you need a game with non-standard sizes, please contact us and we will be happy to fulfill your order. However, we will not always be able to provide a suitable tube for storing the game.
Can I buy the game as a gift?
Yes, sure. But if you are buying a game as a gift, please note that by default the game is packaged in a regular cardboard tube. If you want to give your gift a festive look, then add a label for the tube to your order. The glossy label will give the tube a colorful look and also protect it from possible contamination.

What information is required to place an order?
To place an order, we will need the recipient’s full name, mobile phone number, name of the locality, name of the courier service and the number of the courier service branch. But you don’t have to worry. When you place an order on the store’s website, you will be asked for all the necessary delivery details, so you won’t miss anything.
Can I order several games at the same time?
Of course, you can order as many board games as you like at the same time. However, if we do not have the required number of games in stock, then we will need to produce the missing games, and you will have to wait.
How can you save money when purchasing multiple games?
You can save a lot if you buy a set of board games. The set includes two, three or four board games. By default, we include the most popular board games. But you can choose the final list of games that will be included in the package according to your taste and preference.
Can I order the game in bulk for further sale?
Yes, we provide the opportunity to order games in bulk. Please contact us for more information about prices and wholesale terms.
Is it possible to order a board game that you do not sell?
Contact us and tell us what board game you would like to purchase. We will try to find it for you. And it should be added that the range of our board games was mainly replenished precisely thanks to requests from customers who had been looking for their favorite games from their childhood for many years.
What does it mean if a product is delivered to order?
If the product page states that it can only be purchased upon order, this means that the product is currently out of stock, but such a product will be produced if an order is received from the buyer. If you want to buy a product to order, then order the product and wait for a message from our manager. It will notify you when the ordered item is ready for dispatch. Please note that we usually take full prepayment for goods that will be made to order.

How do I pay for my order?
When you place your order, you will select a payment method. You can pay for the ordered goods by prepayment or cash on delivery after receiving the goods.
Can I pay for the game after receipt and inspection?
Yes, we provide customers with this opportunity. When you place an order, select cash on delivery. You will pay the money only after you receive the goods in your hands, inspect them and confirm your agreement to pick them up.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment only by bank transfer. If you pay for the goods by cash on delivery upon receipt, then you pay the courier service in a form convenient for you.

We deliver throughout Ukraine through the courier services UkrPochta and Nova Poshta.
What safety measures do you take when packaging goods?
We pack products in such a way as to minimize the risk of damage during transport. We also use high-quality packaging to protect products from external influences.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Delivery time depends on the courier service you choose and your location. Delivery usually takes from several days to a week.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

At the moment, we do not have the technical ability to organize the posting of reviews from our customers directly on the website or on social networks. To provide us with your feedback, please send it to us in any way convenient for you, and our specialist will post it where we usually post reviews.
